Abstract

“Study on legal system of educational autonomy for activity” explain legal system of educational autonomy in korea. Primary, explain concept and nature of educational autonomy for right of education. This concept and nature don’t use in legal system but only pedagogic. Therefore, it’s important to make a thesis and a limits of educational autonomy. The second, in historical law explain in Korea about legal system of educational autonomy from 1945. The third, a table of contents is the actual conditions and problem of educational autonomy. This table include how guarantees right of the superintendent of education, the board of education and management committee in school include of the actual conditions and problem. The last, a table of contents indicates the solution of the actual conditions and problem. In conclusion, this paper wrights how guarantees right of the superintendent of education, the board of education and management committee in school in legal system. Also, this subject use to how explain to be under discussion in legal system about educational autonomy.
