이 연구는 장애유아 통합교육을 실시하고 있는 교사들의 정서적 안녕감을 측정하는 척도를 개발하고자 하는 것이다. 연구 대상은 장애유아 통합보육 혹은 통합교육 경험이 있는 유아교사 258명이다. 정서적 안녕감 척도 개발을 위해 선행연구를 토대로 문항을 구성하고, 예비검사와 본 검사를 거쳐 도구를 완성하였다. 연구 결과, 정서적 안녕감 척도는 2요인 10문항으로 구성되었으며, 하위 요인은 긍정정서와 부정정서로 명명하였다. 다음으로 정서적 안녕감 척도의 내적 요인구조를 탐색하기 위해 확인적 요인분석 실시하였다. 이 분석에서는 단일요인과 2요인모델을 서로 비교하였다. 모델의 적합도 분석 결과, 정서적 안녕감 척도의 하위 요인구조는 단일요인보다 2요인구조에서 자료를 더 잘 설명하는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to develop and validate the emotional wellbeing scale as an evaluation instrument assessing inclusive preschool teacher’s emotional wellbeing. So, researchers investigated validity and internal structure of the emotional wellbeing scale. Participants were preschool teachers who teach children with special educational needs and disabilities(N =258). In the first phase, we tested validation and internal consistency. Factor analysis identified two factors. Psychometric analyses revealed that the emotional wellbeing scale has 2 correlated factors: positive emotion and negative emotion. The emotional wellbeing scale demonstrated high levels of reliability. The internal consistency of the scales approached adequate reliability ranging from .76 to .87. In the second phase, this study tested the internal structure of the emotional wellbeing scale. Results revealed that emotional wellbeing consists of multidimensional structure. This scale is a valid and reliable index which to assess emotional wellbeing.
