Abstract
Perceptions of career success for Korean women employees were examined through the framework of career success orientation. A sample survey was designed to answer research hypotheses. Results include: (1) Women employees predominantly pursue a balance between work and life; (2) Maried women employees place more value on a balance between work and life than unmaried women employees; and (3) There was no association between women employees' pursuit of a balanced life and age.
