Abstract
Sajck rite(A ritual to the god of land and grain) is abolished in by Japan, Japanese occupation. The governor's office tore down the altar and built parks and zoos there. and they committed atrocities by building a house of God for the Japanese king. These atrocities took place throughout the country, including in cities and provinces. as a result, a divine altar in each province was removed and destroyed Nevertheless, there is an unspoiled Sajickje(a ritual to the god of land and grain) altar. It is an altar in the city of Namwon, North Jeolla Province. in 1911, the Japanese tried to remove the altar from Namwon. but the villagers resisted the Japanese. They changed the name of the altar to Gigokdan(a ritual to the god of grain) to keep the ceremony. The people have maintained rituals from then until now. This paper analyzed several things. First, we looked at the reason why the ritual of Namwon has continued into spring fall. Second, the nature of the organization of the Gigokdan system organization in Namwon, which has maintained the rite. and We analyzed the identity of the people of Namwon through rituals. For example, the people of Namwon analyzed how the rite was interpreted and how they felt about the value and significance of the rite. The Sajik rite in Namwon, which has been passed through this era, has a deep meaning. This rite was used to wish for a good harvest of farming for generations to come. It was a ritual that did not give in even to Japan's Persecution. It is a cultural heritage that has a long tradition of holding the identity of Korean people. Therefore, I worked on this research with various sources and tried to produce objective results.
