네트워크중심전(NCW)하에서는 정보기술 융합과 정보 공유가 필수적인 요소이다. 국방부에서는 2011년 3월 국방정보화법을 제정하여 국방정보화 추진을 위한 기반을 마련하고 현재 진행 중인 국방EA 고도화 사업과 국방통합정보관리소 구축 및 각종 상호운용성 관리업무 등에 법적 타당성을 부여하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 데이터 공동 활용 및 통합 관리를 위해 현재 주요 이슈로 부각되고 있는 마스터데이터관리(Master Data Management: MDM)를 국방 분야에 도입하기 위해 기술수용모델(TAM: Technology Acceptance Model)을 활용하여 수용요인들을 분석하였다. 자료조사는 국방정보화분야 담당자들과 국방정보시스템 사업경험을 가진 주요 SI업체의 국방사업팀 담당자들을 대상으로 2011년 9월 3주부터 11월 1주까지 현장 방문을 통해 실시하였다. 업무특성과 MDM 이해도 변수들은 대부분 기술수용요인으로 확인되었고, 특히 MDM 이해도는 아키텍처의 선호도에 직접 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다.
Abstract
Convergence and integration of information technologies and information sharing is essential for the NCW implementation. The Ministry of National Defense (MND) has build a foundation for the propel of the national defense information by enacting the national defense information law, and granted the legal basis to the MND-EA, Megacenter and the interoperability duties which is in process. The purpose of this research is to study on the acceptances factors in MND information systems from adopting the MDM - which is an issue in the data sharing and integrations of every agency sector. The survey was done between the 3rd week of September 2011to the first week of November 2011 by visiting the site to investigate the people in charge of the development and the maintenance of the national defense information systems and the SI company's national defense team people who have experience the national defense information system development. The overall characteristics of the Business and MDM satisfied the technology acceptance factors and especially the characteristics of MDM influenced the preference of the MDM implementation architecture.
