테크노스트레서가 ICT프리젠티즘에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

초록

본 논문에서는 개인의 테크노스트레서가 조직에서 ICT 프리젠티즘에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 연 구하였다. 테크노스트레스의 이론적 틀로 개인-환경 적합모델을 사용하였고, 테크노스트레스에 영향을 미치는 ICT 환경의 이용특성으로 유용성, 용이성, 업무-기술 적합성, 간섭특성으로는 연결성, 동적특 성으로는 변화속도와 기술 성숙도를 고려하였다. 연구 모형을 바탕으로 설문 조사와 구조방정식 모형 분석을 통해 가설 검정을 수행하였다. 연구 결과 ICT 특성은 다섯 가지로 형태로 분류된 테크노스트 레서에 영향을 미치는 것으로 입증되었으며, 테크노스트레서는 조직의 생산성 저하에 원인이 되는 ICT 프리젠티즘에 밀접한 영향관계가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 논문에서는 ICT 도입이 조직의 생산성 하락을 가져오는 경우를 예방하기 위해 조직들은 테크노스트레스를 통제할 수 있는 방법에 관심을 갖 도록 유도하고 있다. 이 결과는 IoT, 빅데이타, AI 등 최신 기술 환경에서 기술특성들이 테크노스트 레스에 끼치는 영향을 분석하고, 완화하기 위한 정책을 개발하는데 사용될 수 있다.

Abstract

This paper was investigated the influence of individual technostressors on ICT presentations in organizational work. The person-environment fit model was introduced as a theoretical framework of technostress. We considered usefulness, ease of use, and task-technology fit for the usability features of ICT environment that affects technostress. We also considered connectivity as intrusive feature, and the pace of change and technology maturity as dynamic features. Hypothesis testing was conducted with questionnaire method and structural equation model analysis based on the research model. The results of the study showed that the characteristics of ICT influence on five techonostressors, and technostress influence on ICT presenteeism that cause the deterioration of the productivity of the organization. This paper was suggested that organizations have to be interested in ways to control technostress in order to prevent ICT presenteeism that cause the deteriorating productivity of the organization. This study can also be used to develop policies to analyze and mitigate the effects of technical characteristics on technostress in the latest technological environments such as IoT, Big Data, and AI.
