Abstract

In modern society, SNS is an essential tool for information collection and communication. As SNS became popular, it became possible to communicate with people and easily obtain various information without time and space constraints. However, as the number of SNS users increases, there is an increasing number of studies showing that SNS has a detrimental effect on mental health, such as loneliness, anxiety, and depression. Accordingly, this study investigated the relationship between depression and depression according to immersion and satisfaction among SNS use behaviors among people in their 20s who most actively use SNS. Based on the survey results from a total of 101 copies, a hierarchical regression analysis was conducted using the SPSS 25.0 program. As a result of the analysis, it was found that there is a positive relationship between SNS immersion, user satisfaction, and loyalty. In addition, there is a positive influence between SNS use immersion and satisfaction, a negative influence between immersion and depression, and a moderating effect in which depression is improved when the group that actively uses SNS is immersed in SNS compared to the group that does not. This means that it has been empirically confirmed.
