무용인들의 복지제도에 관한 주관성 연구

이 연구는 Q방법론을 적용하여 현행‘노동법’상 근로자로 인정받지 못해 복지 혜택을 제대로 누리지 못하는 무용인들의 복지제도 개선을 목적으로 복지제도에 대한 무용인들의 인식을 구분하고, 유형별 특성, 유형 간 공통성과 차별성을 파악하고자 실시하였다. 연구방법은 서울과 경기 지역, 부산과 경남 지역에서 활동하는 무용인 28명을 P표본으로 하였고, 이들에게 총 33개의 Q표본을 읽게 한 후, Q방법론의 원리에 따라 강제분포(forced-normal distribution)가 되도록 분류하게 하였다. 수집된 자료는 PQMethod 버전 2.35를 활용하여 유형을 구분하였으며, 그 결과 3가지 유형이 도출되었는데, 제1유형(n=12)은‘예술 창작 여건과 고용 및 복지 지원의 불균형’으로 명명하였다. 이 유형에 속한 응답자들은 창작지원 환경에 비해 고용과 복지 지원은 매우 미흡하다는 인식을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 제2유형(n=10)은‘구직·생활 불안정’으로 명명하였고, 이 유형에 속한 응답자들은 구직 관련한 정보가 부족하고, 안정된 생활이 어렵다는 견해를 보였다. 제3유형(n=4)은‘제한적인 무용인 고용복지 긍정형’으로 명명하였고, 이 유형에 속한 응답자들은 개선의 여지는 있으나 비교적 현재의 복지제도에 대해 긍정하는 것으로 진술하였다. 이 연구 결과는 무용인들에게 보다 실효성 있는 복지제도 및 환경 개선에 유용한 기초자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.
Abstract
With the purpose of the improvement of the welfare system of the dancers who do not properly enjoy the welfare benefits because they cannot be recognized as the workers in terms of the current Labor Act by applying the Q methodology, this research was carried out in order to classify the recognition of the dancers regarding the welfare system and to interpret the special characteristics, by type, and the commonalities and the differentiations among the types. Regarding the research method, the 28 dancers active in Seoul, the Gyeonggi region, Busan, and the Gyeongnam region were the P samples. And, after making them read a total of 33 Q samples, they were made to classify in order to enable the forced-normal distribution according to the principle of the Q methodology. Regarding the collected data, the types were classified by utilizing the PQ Method Version 2.35. And, as a result of this, three kinds of types were arrived at. The type 1 (n=12) was named ‘the imbalance among the conditions of the artistic creations and the employment and welfare supports'. It appeared that the respondents who belonged to this type had the recognition that, compared to the creation support environment, the employment and welfare supports had been very insufficient. The type 2 (n=10) was called ‘the instability of the seeking for a job and the life'. And the respondents who belonged to this showed the view that the information related to the seeking for the jobs had been insufficient and that the stable life had been difficult. The type 3 (n=4) was called ‘the positive type in terms of the restricted dancers' employment and welfare'. And the respondents belonging to this type testified that they had been relatively positive regarding the current welfare system although there had been the room for improvement. It is thought that these research results will prove to be the useful basic data and materials that will be useful for a more effective welfare system and for the environmental improvements regarding the dancers.
