문화예술교육사 현장실습 과정에 대한 무용전공자의 경험 연구

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the qualitative improvement plan on field practice operation system by analyzing the meaning of field practice experience process of dance major based on a class named ‘The Understanding and Practice of The Field Art and Culture Education'—the curriculum for training art and culture education instructor. For the research method, in-depth interview is conducted via asking open-type inquiries constructed based upon contextual model of learning theory. Further for the measurement method, classification method of contextual learning model, including 'personal context', 'sociocultural context', and 'physical context', is applied as classification criteria. Also, the open-type surveys and interview recording data are collected and are analyzed through the meeting of experts. The results of research are as follows: First, the experience process on the detailed elements of ‘personal context’, which are 'expectation and motivation', 'interest and belief behalf of prior knowledge', and 'selection and control', are analyzed; Second, the detailed elements of ‘sociocultural context’, or the experience process on 'sociocultural interventions within groups' and 'interventions promoted by others', are analyzed; Third, the detailed elements of 'physical context', or the experience process on 'prior organizers and orientation' and 'event and experience strengthening', are analyzed; Fourth, in order to search the points to improve through analysis on art and culture education field practice experience of a dance major, the analyzed result upon the problem that intervenes the interaction between contexts derived from three types of coherent experience analyzing process on contextual learning model for the following improving methods for each is suggested: ‘the problem of selection of an institution and the management', 'the problem of the operation structure of practice hours', and 'the problem of linking the curriculum with field placement on art and culture education instructor’. It is expected that these research results will be utilized as useful data for the professors and reserved art and culture education instructors who are striving to build systematized learning environment of field practice class on art and culture education instructor and further will be utilized as the basic data for the qualitative improvement of field placement operation system for art and culture education.
