직업무용수의 감성지능이 그릿 및 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 공공기관 소속 직업무용수를 대상으로 감성지능과 그릿 및 조직몰입의 관련성 및 영향력을 규명하려는 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구대상은 한국무용, 현대무용, 발레 전공의 직업무용수 300명이며, SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 통하여 최종 291명의 설문지로 타당도분석, 신뢰도분석, 빈도분석, 상관관계분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 직업무용수의 감성지능이 그릿에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 직업무용수의 감성지능이 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 직업무용수의 그릿은 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 결과는 감성지능과 그릿이 직업무용수의 조직몰입을 이끄는 핵심 심리자원으로 기능함을 보여주며, 무용단원의 조직몰입을 높이기 위해서는 무용수의 감성지능과 그릿의 향상 방안의 마련과 실천이 요구된다. 본 연구는 직업무용수의 심리적 특성을 반영한 조직몰입 향상 전략 마련에 이론적, 실천적 기초자료로 사용될 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
This study was conducted for the purpose of investigating the relationship and influence of emotional intelligence, grit, and organizational commitment focusing on professional dancers belonging to public institutions. The subjects of this study were 300 professional dancers majoring in Korean dance, modern dance, and ballet, and validity analysis, reliability analysis, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted with the final 291 questionnaires through the SPSS 23.0 program. As a result of the analysis, first, the emotional intelligence of professional dancers had a significant influence on grit. Second, the emotional intelligence of professional dancers had a significant influence on organizational commitment. Third, the grit of professional dancers had a significant influence on organizational commitment. These results show that emotional intelligence and grit function as key psychological resources that lead the organizational commitment of professional dancers, and in order to increase the organizational commitment of dancers, measures to improve the emotional intelligence and grit of dancers must be prepared and practiced. This study can be used as basic theoretical and practical data in preparing strategies to improve organizational commitment reflecting the psychological characteristics of professional dancers.
