This study attempts to assess the quality of general English class by native professors and examines the relationship between perceived quality of the class and the students’ satisfaction. The study shows four dimensions that determine the quality of class: nature of classroom, professors’ competence, method of teaching and attitude, and contents. Multiple regression analyses were employed to test the degree to which each of the four dimensions affects overall quality and students’ satisfaction. All dimensions have statistically significant effect on the overall quality and students’ satisfaction ; the ’method of teaching and attitude’ has the most significant effect on them. The study also examines the relationship between the overall quality and students’ satisfaction ; the result shows that there is a significant relationship. The results say that the native professors are required to teach students with more efficient and proficient teaching methods and attitude.
