In recent years, there has been an increasing number of social problems due to the abundance of textile waste resources in Fast Fashion, and there is a growing need for ethical fashion products that are environmentally friendly and sustainable. The purpose of this study is to develop up cycling knitwear using natural dyeing technique. The items used for up cycling were cardigans, scarves, weights, socks, and yarns, and then made accessories. Natural dyes were stained with blue color in the side dyeing, yellow color in the gardenia, and red color in the bonito. Various colors such as vermilion and pink were expressed according to the presence or absence of mordant in the joinery. As a result of this study, we confirmed the possibility of natural dyeing technique as a technique of up cycling of knitted products, hoped that the knit product that was discarded would be up cycling and re-worn, I hope you succeed.
