산해경을 활용한 니트 패션디자인 연구 제1보 - 텍스타일 패턴 개발을 중심으로 -

Abstract

The Coast Guard is a Chinese mythological collection, and the animals featured in the Coast Guard are used as motifs of various designs. In this study, we selected animals that are suitable for fashion design from among the animals appearing in the landscape and developed them in a texture pattern. A total of nine animals were selected, and 39 were designed with Kidult images, Pop images, and Techno & Modern images. The texture pattern developed in this study is designed to be used as a design element to design jumpers, T-shirts, hooded T-shirts, dresses, skirts, and pants. The results of this study presented design ideas by suggesting ways to utilize historical products from various cultures in fashion design. It is also meaningful to propose fashion design measures that can be competitive in the global fashion market by utilizing historical results considered a historical product of a particular country for fashion design.
