The purpose of this study is to analyze background and cause of financial resource for the local self-governing police system in Korea. If we summarize contents discussed on the thesis, financial resources of the local government have a great influence upon the local self-governing police system in Korea. For example, central government, local government, citizen, political machinery, criminal prosecution system, tax, non-tax revenue, local bond, the coordination system of local finance. These will influence financial resource for the local self-governing police system in Korea.
Abstract
