Abstract
This study deals with the change of British labor relations. The main focus of this study is the rise of New Labour Unionism in British labor relations. Although the direction of industrial relations policy has been maintained even after the New Labour hold power, labour unions have come up with new strategies in order to survive in new environment. 'Partnership' and 'Organizing' are two most important aspects of New Unionism. British labour union, in order to revive labor unionism began to pursue the partnership with employers and the attempt to recreate membership and collective organization by application of the 'organizing model'. The future of British unionism will be dependent upon the success of these strategies.
