이 연구는 교사의 수업 전문성이 교육의 질에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것을 바탕으로, 선행연구를 통해 개발된 초등교사의 정보교과 수업전문성 측정도구를 활용하여 교육현장의 실태를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 초등학교사의 정보교과 수업전문성의 정도와 개선에 대한 결론을 도출하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 초등교사들은 [학생이해], [유연성], [환경이해]에서 뛰어난 수업전문성을 지니고 있지만, [교육내용], [교육방법], [평가], [개발노력] 요인에 대해서는 상대적으로 낮은 평가 결과가 나왔다. 이에 대한 수업전문성 신장을 위한 대안이 필요하다. 또한 교사의 성별, 경력, 근무 지역, 학력 수준, 정보교육 전공 여부, 정보교육에 대한 선호도 및 정보교육 관련 업무경험 등이 수업전문성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결론을 토대로 교육 현장에서 초등교사의 정보교과 수업전문성을 더욱 향상시키고 학생 중심의 효과적인 교육을 실현하는 데 기여할 수 있는 대안을 제시하고자 한다.
Abstract
This study analyzed the current state of education using a measurement tool for elementary school teachers’ information subject teaching expertise. The results showed that while elementary school teachers have excellent teaching expertise in student understanding, flexibility, and environmental understanding, they received relatively low evaluation results for educational content, teaching methods, evaluation, and development effort factors. Alternatives are needed to enhance teaching expertise in these areas. Various factors were found to influence teaching expertise, and based on these conclusions, we aim to propose alternatives that can further enhance the teaching expertise of elementary school teachers in information subjects and realize effective student-centered education in the field of education.
