사중복음 사회윤리와 성결교회 사회백서에 관한 연구

초록

본 논문은 사중복음 사회윤리의 기본 윤곽을 밝히고, 그 실천을 돕는 성결교회 사회백서 발간의 중요성과 주제를 설명하는 것을 목표로 삼고 있다. 사중복음을 구성하고 있는 중생, 성결, 신유, 재림은 성결교회의 신앙 원리다. 그러나 이것은 동시에 행위 원리이기도 하다. 특히 사중복음은 사회윤리적 함의를 가지고 있다. 이것이 사회윤리적 행위의 동인, 원칙, 방향, 한계를 제시해주기 때문이다. 사중복음 사회윤리의 틀 안에서 성결교인은 하나님의 은혜에 응답하여 이웃 사랑을 실천해야 한다. 빈곤층의 삶의 개선은 중요한 과제다. 하지만 이를 위한 노력이 상대적이고, 제한적인 시도라는 점을 함께 인식해야 한다. 사중복음 사회윤리의 구체화를 위해서는 그 실천의 내용과 방향이 설명되어야 한다. 사회백서는 이를 돕는 이론적 도구다. 독일교회는 중요 원칙이 포함된 사회백서를 활용하여 사회적, 정치적 사안에 대한 교회의 관점을 외부에 표명하고, 기독교인의 윤리적 판단과 과제 인식을 도왔다. 성결교회의 사회백서는 이 사례를 참고하여 집필될 필요가 있다. 따라서 성결교회의 사회백서는 성서에 근거하고, 개교회와 사회로부터 수용될 수 있어야 하며, 상황에 부합해야 한다. 그리고 정확한 정보와 함께 적절한 시기에 발표되어야 한다. 이것은 사회적, 정치적 사안에 대한 성결교인의 윤리적 판단과 과제 인식을 돕고, 공론장 참여를 증진함으로써 시민 사회의 발전과 기독교의 영향력 증대에 공헌하게 될 것이다. 성결교회의 사회백서는 특히 가정의 안정, 인간 존엄성의 보호, 정의로운 평화의 실현을 주제화해야 한다. 사중복음 사회윤리와 성결교회 사회백서는 성결교회의 사회 참여를 촉진함으로써 사회의 안정에 영향을 미치고, 교회의 신뢰와 영향력이 회복되는 데 기여하게 될 것이다.

Abstract

This study aims to clarify the contours of the social ethics of the Fourfold Gospel and to show the importance of the publication of the memorandum of the Holiness Church and its themes. As elements of the Fourfold Gospel, regeneration, sanctification, divine healing, second coming are not only the principle of faith but also the principle of action. The Fourfold Gospel has social ethical implications. It formulate the impetus, principle, basic orientation, limit of social ethical action. The church member must practice love for their neighbor in response to God's grace within the framework of the social ethics of the Fourfold Gospel. Improving the lives of the poor is an important task. However, it should be recognized that this effort is a relative and limited attempt. To concretize the social ethics of the Fourfold Gospel, contents and orientations for its implementation must be discussed. A memorandum is a theoretical tool for this. The Evangelical Church in Germany used the memorandum written in consideration of important principles to express the church's perspective on social, political issues to the outside, helping Christians to make ethical judgments and recognize tasks. The memorandum of the Holiness Church must be published taking into account the memorandum of the Evangelical Church in Germany. It should be based on the Bible, be acceptable to the local church and society, and be appropriate to the situation. And it should be published at an appropriate time with accurate information. This memorandum serves the ethical judgment and the understanding of the tasks of the church member on social, political issues and promotes its participation in the public discourse. In doing so, it contributes to the development of civil society and to strengthening Christian influence. This memorandum must thematize the stabilization of the family, the protection of human dignity, the realization of just peace. The social ethics of the Fourfold Gospel and the memorandum of the Holiness Church promote the social contribution of the church. In doing so, they serve to improve society, which enables the church to be recognized in society.
