본 연구의 목적은 기독교인 청년들을 대상으로 하여 결혼준비도를 향상시키기 위한 집단상담 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 K시 소재 3개 교회에 출석 중인 미혼 남녀 20명을 실험 대상으로 하여, 각각 10명씩 실험집단과 통제집단에 배치하였다. 실험집단과 통제집단 모두 사전에 일반적 특성과 결혼준비도 검사, 다면적 자기개념 검사를 시행하였고, 사후에는 실험집단에게만 주관적 평가질문지와 상담회기 평가, 상담참여 평가를 시행하였다. 실험결과를 양적으로 분석하기 위해 SPSS ver20 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, -test, 독립표본 t-test, 대응표본 t-test를 실시하였고, 질적 분석을 위해 경험보고서와 상담회기 평가, 상담 참여 평가지의 내용을 현상학적으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과를 요약하면, 첫째, 실험집단 참가자들은 결혼준비도 점수에서 통제집단에 비해 사전․사후 평균 점수에서 통계적으로 유의미한 변화가 있었다(p<.05). 둘째, 실험집단 참가자들의 다면적 자기개념 긍정평가도 차원 점수는, 사전․사후 평균 점수가 상승되는 효과는 있었으나, 통계적으로 유의미한 변화는 없었다. 셋째, 실험집단 참가자들의 다면적 자기개념 불일치정도 반영 차원 점수는, 사전․사후 평균 점수가 감소하여서 프로그램의 효과는 나타났으나, 통계적으로 유의미한 변화는 없었다. 넷째, 실험집단 참가자들의 질적 분석 결과, 자존감 회복, 자신과 타인에 대한 이해, 대인관계에서 긍정적 경험과 지지와 수용 경험을 통해 지속적인 성장에 대한 욕구, 추후 프로그램 참석 동의 등의 효과가 나타났다. 그러므로 본 프로그램은 기독 청년들을 대상으로 결혼준비도 향상을 위한 결혼준비 집단상담 프로그램으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
This study aims to develop a group counseling program for the christian adolescent to improve marital preparation and evaluate the effect of the program. The subjects were twenty unmarried christian adolescents who were attending three different churches in the K city, and each ten subjects were assigned both to the experiment group and the control group. Questionnaires of both Marriage Preparing Scale(MPS) and Multi phasic Self-Concept Inventory(MSCI) were given to the experiment group and control group before and after the program. After the treatment of the program only the experiment group was given the qualitative evaluation sheets, encompassing evaluations of counseling session and counseling participation. For obtaining quantitative results, statistical analysis was performed by using SPSS Ver20 program, in which includes frequency analysis, -test, and independent and paired t-tests. For obtaining qualitative results, qualitative analysis, phenomenological analysis was conducted by employing subjective experience reports, evaluation of counseling session, and evaluation sheet of counseling participation. The results can be summarized as follows; First, after treatment of the program the pre․post-test mean scores of MPS of the experiment group show the difference of statistical significance(p<.05), whereas the control group does not show any significant change. Second, the pre․post-test mean scores of positive dimension scale of the MSCI were effectively increased in the experiment group. after treatment of program, but of no statistical significance. Third, the pre․post-test mean scores of inconsistency reflection scale of the MSCI were effectively decreased in the experiment group after treatment of program, but of no statistical significance. Fourth, as results of the qualitative analysis, it reveals effective that the participants of experiment group desire of continuous growth and consent to join the follow-up program by experiencing restoration of self-esteem, understanding others and themselves, and positive experiences of interpersonal relationship, endorsement and acceptance. Therefore, this program would be useful for the pre-marital group counseling program for improving marriage preparing of the christian adolescent.
