본 연구는 유아교육기관에서 부모가 인식하는 유아 평가의 의미와 그들이 평가에 참여함에 어떤 의미를 부여하고 그들이 직접 평가과정에 참여하는 양상을 알아보고자 한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 사랑어린이집 교사 2명과 어머니 6명을 관찰, 심층 면담하는 사례연구를 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 부모가 지각하는 포트폴리오 평가는 객관적 성장발달자료, 근거 타당한 유아평가에 대한 새로운 발견, 유아 발달수준에 근거한 측정도구로 의미 짓고 있다. 둘째, 유아 평가참여에 대한 부모의 의미 부여는 아이발달에 대한 조화로움을 위해, 아이 성찰 그리고 부모의 자기반성으로, 가정연계학습의 강화로, 부모 바람의 통로로, 심리적 부담감으로의 두 가지 엇갈린 반응으로 의미 지었다. 셋째, 포트폴리오 평가과정을 통해 나타나는 부모들의 참여양상은 부모의 개입정도에 따른 가정연계활동의 적극성과 부모의 프로젝트 흥미, 마음가짐에 따라 관련성이 있었고 유아의 반성적 사고에 따른 학습 및 프로젝트에서 새롭게 알게 된 유아의 흥미여부 그리고 유아의 발달상황에 대한 확인에 따라 주도성이 달라짐을 알 수 있었다. 또한 부모는 교사평가의 객관적 준거에 대한 일치와 다름에 근거하여 부모의 바램을 전달하는 교사와의 소통의 기회로 평가에 참여함을 볼 수 있었다. 따라서 의미 있는 포트폴리오 평가를 위해서 교사는 가족 참여 방법을 변화시켜 부모가 유아의 평가와 교수를 이해하고, 능동적으로 참여하고, 지원할 수 있도록 해야 하며 이로써 교사와 부모 모두 유아의 흥미와 관심에 관한 평가를 진행하는 동반자로 자리매김해야한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is for the meaning of children’s assessment about the recognition of parents and the meaning of aspect from the participation of parents have got three major parts. In order to conduct this study participants were gathered as two teachers and six mothers who have been observed and interviewed in-depth from sarang-daycare center. Firstly, the meaning of portfolio from the participation of parents collected the data of objective and new development discovery about the growing up of early children and to compare by using the measuring instrument according to development of early children. Secondly, the reason for this study are to find the harmony of early children’s development of the reflection parents the learning of the life and the parental hope and the burden of mind. Thirdly parental attitude have shown many different type aspects as the following below.; We have known the positive of coordinate activity from between daycare center and home. Consequently, teachers will change the method of family’s participation and modify, parents have to understand that how to teach for early children for portfolio assessment. Above all, parents have to participate and support actively. And teachers and parents should have concerned about being a companion for early children’s interest and concern throughout portfolio assessment.
