조직공정성이 보육교사의 직무소진에 미치는 영향

초록

본 연구는 조직공정성이 보육교사의 직무소진에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 경북 및 경기지역 보육교사 189명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 여기서 회수된 자료는 SPSS 12.0(ver.)를 이용하여 분석하였다. 결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조직공정성이 정서적소진에 유의미한 부적(-)영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조직공정성이 비인격화에 유의미한 부적(-)영향을미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조직공정성이 개인성취감에 유의미한 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 심도깊은 논의를 거쳐 조직공정성의 중요성을 인식하는데 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of organizational justice on childcare teachers' job burnout. For that purpose, a survey was taken with 189 childcare teachers in Gyeongbuk and Gyeonggi Province. Collected data were analyzed with the SPSS 12.0(Ver.) program. The research findings were as follows: first, organizational justice turned out to have negative(-) effects on emotional exhaustion. Second, organizational justice turned out to have negative(-) effects on depersonalization. Finally, organizational justice turned out to have positive(+) effects on personal accomplishment Based on the findings, the study discussed organizational justice in-depth.
