본 연구는 가정어린이집 원장을 대상으로 원장의 관련변인에 따른 직무스트레스와 소진, 스트레스 대처방안의 차이를 알아보고 직무스트레스와 소진이 대처방안에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 연구대상은 화성시 가정어린이집 원장 151명이며 직무스트레스, 소진, 스트레스 대처방안에 관한 측정도구를 연구도구로 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가정어린이집 원장의 배경변인 중에서 연령, 교육경력, 운영경력, 겸직업무의 개수가 직무스트레스의 하위요인들에 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 가정어린이집 원장의 교육경력, 운영경력, 겸직업무개수가 소진의 하위요인들에 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 원장의 스트레스 대처유형은 통제관리가 가장 많았고, 회피관리, 증상관리 순이었다. 넷째, 학부모관련스트레스와 냉소, 개인성취 상실경험은 증상관리에 대한 예측변인이고, 개인성취 상실 경험은 통제 관리에 대한 예측변인으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine daily care directors' working stress, burning out, and their stress coping styles. This study targeted for 151 directors who are running daily care in Hwa-Sung city. For analyzing the data, descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, and chi-square were employed. To sum up the results of this study are following. Firstly, most of directors feel much pressure when they deal with budget issues, and demographic characteristics such as directors' age, working experience as a teacher, working experience as a director, and the number of works they do at the center. Secondly, working experience as a teacher, working experience as a director, and the number of works they do at the center are likely to influence on their burning out. Thirdly, directors use control system mostly to handle too much stress, then avoidance system and symptom management at last. Especially, on the control system, working experience and education experience got affected remarkably high. Fourthly, stress caused by parents' educational attention, impersonality, and personal achievement affected to symptom management.
