In this paper, we analyze the reaction of the world and Iran's domestic response for sanctions against Iran and suggest the countermeasures which Korean government should prepare. Despite the sanctions from the international community, Iran keeps on developing uranium enrichment project. Accordingly, additional sanctions have been announced on December 2011. Korean government cannot help but cooperate with the U.S because of the economic cooperation with the U.S. and the nuclear security in the Korean peninsula. However, it would be important for Korean government to seek a way for peace in the Middle East and for its own interests in the long run.
