ThepurposeofGreenBuildingCertificationSystem istopromotetheenvironment-friendlybuildingconstruction asthelife-cycleenvironmentalperformanceofacertainbuildingisassessedandcertifiednationally(domestically). By theway,abuilding can getthegreen building certificatejustwiththeminimum standardin prerequisite assessmentcriteriaandwiththedesignatedscoresintotals.GBCSconsistsof9assessmentissuesandithas4grades.Neverthelessthe1st.gradegreenbuildinghasunevenscoresineachissue.Inotherwords,ithaseven 0pointinaspecialissue.Duetotheaboveproblem,thediscriminationandreliabilityintheGBCSgradingand scoringhastobesecured.Thisstudyaimsatanew gradingandscoringsystem equippedwiththediscrimination andreliabilitythroughanalysingthescoresofprerequisiteassessmentcriteriaandthescoresbyissuesinthe actuallycertifiedgreenofficebuildings.
