Abstract
The objectives of this study were to analyze the process of legislation procedure, to find out the problems of the legal system, and to suggest the future directions for legislation of Lifelong Education Law in Korea. This research was conducted by analysing the materials of process of legislation procedure and existing laws related to lifelong education and adult education.The followings were recommended for the future directions of legislation the Lifelong Education Law. First of all, Lifelong Education Law have to be structured for the 'Mother Law' of all the laws and regulations related to lifelong education and adult education. And secondly, we have to research the every items which confine the real meanings and practices of lifelong education in Korea.
