학습유형별 학습성과에 영향을 미치는 학습촉진요인에 관한 연구 -원가관리회계 수강생들을 대상으로-

본 연구는 원가관리회계 교과목을 수강하고 있는 K대학 학생들을 대상으로 원가관리회계 수업에 임하는 학습태도를 유형별로 분류하고, 학습유형과 학습성과 간의 관계에 있어서 학습촉진요인들의 영향을 분석한 것이다. 학습태도를 군집분석을 통해 전반적 충실형, 정보자료형, 자율통제형 그리고 성과형으로 분류하였으며, 이에 따른 학습성과를 중간․기말평가의 평균성적과 학습과정에 대한 만족도 그리고 수준적합의 만족도로 구분하여 관계를 분석하였다. 또한 ‘경력 및 학습계획’, ‘자기 유능감’, ‘학습 환경 및교수법’, ‘선행학습’으로 요약되는 학습촉진요인들이 학습유형과 학습성과 간의 관계에 있어서 어떠한조절역할을 하는지에 대해 살펴보았다. 학습유형과 학업성적간의 관계에서 학습촉진요인의 조절효과를 살펴본 결과, ‘경력 및 학습계획’은 중요하지 않은 변수로 확인되었고, ‘자기유능감’과 ‘선행학습정도’는 학업성적에 대해 독립변수로서의 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 ‘학습 환경 및 교수법’은순수조절변수의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 학습유형과 학습과정만족도간의 관계에서 학습촉진요인의 조절역할을 분석한 결과, 전반적 충실형과 성취형의 학습유형을 가지는 두 군집에 대해서만 유의미한학습과정만족도의 차이를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 전반적 충실형의 학습유형을 갖는 학생들에게있어서 ‘경력 및 학습계획’의 경우, 유사조절변수로서의 의미가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 학습유형과 수준적합만족도간의 관계에서는 ‘경력 및 학습계획’, ‘자기 유능감’과 ‘학습 환경 및 교수법’은 수준적합만족도에 대해 독립변수의 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났으며, 선행학습의 정도는 학습유형과 수준적합만족도에 있어서 중요치 않은 변수로 확인되었다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과는 학습유형에 따라 효과적인 학습촉진요인들을 제시하고, 이를 최대한 활용함으로써 원가관리회계학습의 학습성과를 향상시킬 수 있는학습 방향을 제시하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
This study classified learning type based on cluster analysis. That is, the type of overall faithfulness, gathering information, self-control and pursuit of a result. Learning performance was measured with school records and the level of satisfaction on learning process and learning fitness. The results of the research found that the higher a learning environment and a teaching method is, the higher the level of school records are. Also, the level of self-capability and proactive studying go on as an independent variable between learning type and school records. In respect of learning type and the level of satisfaction on learning process, the plan of career and learning goes on as a moderate factor on type of overall faithfulness. In respect to learning type and the level of satisfaction on learning fitness, the plan of career and learning, self-capability, learning environment and teaching method go on as independent variables. Finally, the level of proactive studying isn't an important compared with other factors.
