진로문제 관련 심리적 변인 연구 동향 분석: 사회인지진로이론(SCCT)을 중심으로

초록

본 연구는 진로문제에 영향을 미치는 심리적 변인에 관한 국내외 최신 연구를 분석하였다. 2015년부터 2019년까지 진행된 국내외 연구를 대상으로 동향을 분석하였으며, 초기 연구 진행 단계에서 이전 선행연구와의 분석 결과와의 차이가 발견되어 최신 연구에서 드러나는 심리문제의 특성을 보다 잘 드러내기 위해 사회인지진로이론(SCCT)을 적용하여 진로문제에 영향을 미치는 심리문제를 추가로 추려내는 작업을 진행하였다. 연구대상은 등재지에 게재된 논문 125편을 대상으로, 국내 연구 79편 국외 연구 46편을 분석하였다. 또한 연구의 대상이 되는 논문들의 연구대상, 주제, 연구방법, 측정도구를 세부적으로 살펴보았다. 분석 결과, 가장 많이 연구되는 대상은 대학(원)생이었으며 진로문제 키워드 중에서는 진로미결정과 관련된 연구가 가장 많이 나타났다. 또한 SCCT에 기반하여 심리문제를 추가적으로 분석한 결과, 자기효능감에 대한 연구가 가장 활발히 진행되었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 마지막으로, 이전 국내 동향연구와의 비교를 통해 최신 연구 동향의 특징을 확인하였다. 이를 통해 세대별로 주목받는 진로문제 및 심리문제에 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 연구방법과 측정도구와 관련된 분석 결과를 통해서 이전 연구들의 경우, 회귀분석을 활용한 연구가 많았으나, 최근 5년 간의 연구에서는 구조방정식의 활용이 두드러짐을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과는 이후 진로상담에서 진로문제별로 어떤 심리문제에 초점을 맞추어 개입할 것인가를 고민할 때, 기초적인 방향 제시 자료로서 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the trends of the latest studies on the effect of psychological variables on career related problems. The subjects of the study are the 125 research papers published between 2015 to 2019. Among subjects, 79 studies were conducted in Korea, and 46 studies were conducted overseas. To analyze the trend of the latest studies, this study used SCCT model as the theoretical frame for defining psychological variables which have effects on career related problems. It was found that college students and career indecision were the most studied subjects. Moreover, according to the SCCT model, self-efficacy was the most studied psychological variable, Finally, it was found that there were differences between the latest studies and studies prior to 2015. In the latest study, the structural equation model was the most used analysis strategy while regression analysis was the most used strategy previously. Using the results of this study, it is expected to be used as the rationale for deciding which career problem or psychological variable should get attention in the education or counseling fields.
