A Study on the Actual Present Analysis Status of the Adults Intelligence Development Tendency and Agency's Human Resource activation- Focusing on a Saemaul Kumgo Agency -

For a study of the Saemaul Kumgo agency's human resource activation plan, this research at first measured the Gf and the Gc with the K-WAIS measurement tool as a pre-research to find out the intelligence development tendency of adults. Gf test was measured by K-WAIS' Performance, and Gc test was measured by K-WAIS' Verbal Scale. This study collected the data from 280 persons in total, divided into age-groups from 20 to 24, 25 to 34, 35 to 44, 45 to 54, 55 to 64, according to the intelligence Scale developed by Wechsler's intelligence Scale. It carried into effect the actual present analysis status of the intelligence development of adults by age, sex, education and economic level. It is necessary of gaining competitiveness and activating human resource by establishing a Saemaul Kumgo college and a life-long education unit etc.
