The purpose of this article is to briefly review the evaluation of efficiencies by DEA model and the selection of appropriate assessment subjects. It is critical for the purpose of measuring the effectiveness in DEA model that the number of homogenized unit should be acquired. However, it seems as if the existed researches have been deficient in terms of the reliability for the homogenetic characteristics. We used the classification method as a factor analysis in order to enhance the homogeneous characteristics of subjects. As a result of such a classification, the 133 Co-operatives based on Gyeonggi province fell into 4 categories. These groups included 61 Co-operatives and the rest were not these groups. The number of groups is 15 Urbanized Co-operatives, 12 Ruralized Co-operatives, and 18 Compounded Co-operatives.
