지역농협의 여성문화교육 실태분석-익산농협의 사례-

Abstract

Recently, women’s desire for self-realization is rising in various aspects as women's social participation and activities are being increased. In responding to such increase of women’s needs, various educational programs are being carried out by different organizations such as administrative agencies and local governments including programs. The various educational programs, as a lifelong study for women, are providing women with opportunities and motivation to live better lives. Particularly, the function and role of women in farm villages are expanding gradually not only in housework burden but also in increased roles in farming and developed local communities. The objective of this study is, therefore, to find out activation plan of the culture programs in the future through a survey analysis on educational accomplishment, satisfaction, and intention of future participation in educational programs of the culture program (housewife program), which is an educational program operated by local agricultural cooperatives for women. In order to achieve these goals, this research is going to present activation plans through the survey on operation status of educational programs and on opinions of education participants in the women's culture program of Iksan Agricultural Cooperative in Jeonbuk, Korea.
