본 연구의 목적은 문학치료의 주요개념인 기억회상이 지닌 치료적 효과를 고찰하여 문학치료 개입과정에서 활용할 수 있는 기억회상 심리치료모델을 구성하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 위해 첫째, 문학과 심리치료에서의 기억회상 개념이 차지하고 있는 위치와 문학작품에서 기억회상이 어떻게 작용하고 있는지와 기억회상에 관한 심리치료의 이론들에 관해 고찰해 보았다. 둘째, 현재 우리나라에 소개된 문학치료 프로그램에 나타난 기억회상 과정과 개입활동 등을 분석하여 문학치료 중재와 개입활동의 한계와 문제점을 지적하고 그 개선 방향을 고찰해 보았다. 셋째, 문학치료의 치료적 효과를 증진시키기 위한 치료기법과 전략을 모색하기 위하여 개인심리학의 초기기억 심상기법과 이야기치료의 재저작 기법을 활용하여 기억회상 심리치료 개입모델을 구성하였다. 마지막으로 기억회상 심리치료모델을 임상현장에 적용해본 사례를 간략하게 소개하였다.
Abstract
The purposes of this study were to investigate the healing effects of memory and reminiscence which are very important concepts of literature therapy and to develop a psychotherapy model in order to use it in the intervention process of literature therapy. For these purposes, firstly, the meanings of memory and reminiscence, the healing effects of memory and reminiscence in literature, and three theoretical approaches to memory and reminiscence in the psychotherapy were investigated. Secondly, literature therapy intervention programs which were introduced in Korea from Germany and applied in Korea were analyzed. The limitations and problems were indicated and the directions of their improving were investigated. Thirdly, a psychotherapy model was constructed in order to use it in the intervention process of literature therapy. This model was constructed the imaginary early memory technique and re-authoring technique of narrative therapy. Finally, clinical cases that applied the model in the practice of counseling were delineated and future directions of literature therapy were discussed.
