본 연구에서는 행동치료 전문가 양성에 필요한 기초 자료를 도출하기 위해 한국정서·행동장애아교육학회에서 개최하는 행동치료사 자격연수를 이수하고 있는 연수생 222명을 대상으로 행동치료사 양성에 대한 인식과 의견을 조사하였고 그 결과와 논의를 토대로 다음과 같이 제언 한다.첫째, 자격연수 시 수준별 프로그램을 개설하여 연수생들이 연수목적이나 배경 지식, 경험 수준에 따라 프로그램을 선택할 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다. 둘째, 행동치료사 자격의 공신력을 높이기 위해 국가공인 민간자격화를 추진해야 할 것이다. 셋째, 연수생들의 지역분포와 수요에 근거하여 지역 연수기관을 늘림으로써 학회가 주관하는 지역연수를 활성화할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 사이버 연수 운영 시 출석평가가 시행되어야 하며, 연수의 내용과 과정, 운영에 대한 평가를 통해 연수의 효과를 높일 수 있는 방안을 강구해야 할 것이다. 다섯째, 자격관련 규정을 보다 세분화, 구체화할 뿐 아니라 임상수련과정 관련 규정의 강화, 보수교육 규정의 첨가 등 재규정 내지 개정할 필요가 있다. 여섯째, 연수 프로그램 주제와 내용 구성 시 자격규정과 연수생의 특성, 사회적 요구 및 학회 내외부의 여건을 총체적으로 고려해서 결정해야 할 것이다. 일곱째, 연수의 효과성과 효율성을 높이기 위해 연수시설과 연수강사, 연수운영방식에 대한 개선이 요구된다.
Abstract
The present study investigated the recognition and opinion of the Korean Society for the Emotional & Behavioral Disorders' behavior therapist training program to suggest the direction of behavior therapist training program in Korea and proposes the result and the discussion in foundation as follows. Firstly, it is necessary to establish the qualification training program according to the level which matches the respective standards(the training purpose, the background knowledge, and the experience level) so that trainees can choose. Secondly, to improve source credibility of the behavior therapist qualification, the private organization qualification making of national authorized credential system will have to be promoted. Thirdly, regional training programs will have to be activated based on trainees' geographical distribution and demand. Fourthly, when managing cyber training, it has to be complemented continuously through the value to the contents of training and the process while carrying out attendance evaluation. Fifthly, a qualification related regulation should be subdivided and embodied more, and the clinical training process related regulation is strengthened, and continuing education has to be stipulated. Sixthly, when composing a subject and the contents of a training program, it has to be decided on the whole considerately such as a qualification regulation, the character of the trainee, a social request and the condition of the academic society. Lastly, to maximize the effect of training, improvement of training lecturers, organization and management are needed.
