이 연구는 적응행동검사(K-ABS)를 준거로 하여 한국판 적응행동검사(K-SIB-R)의 공인 타당도를 검증하기 위해 설계되었다. 한국판 적응행동검사(K-SIB-R)와 적응행동검사(K-ABS)와의 상관관계(Pearson's correlation)와 일치도(agreement, Cohen's Kappa)를 통해 타당도를 검증하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다: 첫째, K-SIB-R과 K-ABS의 적응행동 간, 그리고 부적응행동 간 정적 상관관계가 있으므로, K-SIB-R은 K-ABS의 준거에 비추어 적응행동 검사 도구로서의 타당성이 입증되었다; 둘째, K-SIB-R과 K-ABS의 높은 적응/부적응 집단 간, 그리고 낮은 적응/부적응 집단 간 유의한 일치도를 나타냈으므로, K-SIB-R은 K-ABS의 준거에 비추어 적응행동 검사 도구로서의 타당성이 입증되었다. 따라서 K-SIB-R은 교육 현장에서 정신지체 아동을 대상으로 전반적인 생활 적응 능력 신장과 적절한 중재 전략 마련을 위한 타당한 도구로서 활용될 것으로 기대된다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to verify criterion-related validity of Korean-Scales of Independent Behavior-Revised(K-SIB-R). To accomplish purpose of this study, researchers made Korean Adaptive Behavior Scale(K-ABS) as a criterion. The method of analysis is Pearson correlation and agreement(Cohen's Kappa) of K-SIB-R and K-ABS. The result is as followings: First, K-SIB-R and K-ABS were positively correlated, the validity of K-SIB-R was verified by the criterion which is K-ABS; Second, (mal)adaptive behavior cluster of K-SIB-R and K-ABS is significantly agreed, the validity of K-SIB-R is verified by the criterion which is K-ABS. According to the result of this study, K-SIB-R is expected to be used as a valid adaptive behavior scale in a field.
