재일동포 자영업체의 경영실태에 관한 연구

이 연구는 네트워크이론의 관점에서 재일동포 자영업체들의 경영실태를 부문별로 구체적으로 파악하기 위하여 설문조사를 통해 수집된 자료를 토대로 재일동포 자영업체들의 경영활동을 판매 및 유통, 생산 및 구매, 기술 및 정보, 노동 그리고 금융부문 등으로 나누어서 분석하였다.분석결과, 재일동포 자영업체들은 일본경제의 장기불황으로 인한 매출액 감소와 자금난 등으로 어려움을 겪고 있지만 일본경제의 급속한 환경변화 속에서도 나름대로 자생력을 가지고 꾸준히 성장해오고 있는 것으로 분석되었으며, 재일동포들의 고용창출과 소득증대 및 재일동포 사회의 발전에 상당부분 기여하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다.그리고 규모가 큰 자영업체들 중에는 상당수 업체(혼케 가마도야, 엄니식당, GMB, 마루한, MK택시 등)가 매출액이나 경쟁력 면에서 일본 국내업계의 상위권을 점하고 있으며 모국과의 교류 및 투자도 적극적으로 수행하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이 연구는 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 이론적실무적 측면에서 한국기업에는 전략적 시사점을 제공해주며 한국정부에는 정책적 시사점을 제공해주고 있다.
Abstract
To specifically identify the business activities of the self-owned business of Koreans in Japan in the viewpoint of network theory, this study analysed sale and distribution, production and purchase, technology and information, labor, and financial sectors in the self-owned business of Koreans in Japan based on questionnaires collected through survey.As results of empirical analysis, the self-owned businesses of Koreans in Japan have difficulty in doing their business activities in the long-run depression of Japanese economy, but consistently have grown in spite of the rapidly changing environment of Japanese economy, and also largely contributed to job-creating, income-rising and the development of Korean society in Japan.And then, some of the big sized self-owned businesses rank the top position of Japanese business circles in sales and competitiveness, and actively transact with Korea in trade, investment and etc. This study suggests useful implications for Korean firms and government in theoretical and managerial aspects based on these results of empirical analysis.
