Abstract

Korea's aging society, this study measures for promotion of culture, the elderly, seniors leisure and culture was held to find ways to activate. To this end, Korea's Senior Leisure and culture of the relevant central government policy and public sector, leisure and culture are thoroughly analyzed the status of the elderly leisure and culture was to explore ways to enable the policy. The culture of the elderly, such as the Constitution and laws through the Culture and Arts Promotion Act states actively support the culture as a fundamental right has been recognized the right to do. To promote the culture of the elderly, with the first, senior leisure and culture related to a comprehensive information system should be established. Fourth, the Senior Leisure and culture for the physical and human infrastructure expansion is required. Fifth, the Senior Leisure and culture industry is activated. Sixth, the ubiquitous environment, ecology and recreation for the elderly. Culture is the development of the policy.
