택트의 자극통제 전이절차가 언어발달지연 아동의 인트라버벌에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 맨드, 택트, 청자기술의 레퍼토리를 습득한 언어장애 아동 2명을 대상으로 택트의 자극통제 전이절차가 인트라버벌에 미치는 효과를 검증하였다. 연구는 대상자간 중다간헐기초선설계를 적용하고 기초선, 중재, 일반화, 유지 단계에서 인트라버벌을 측정하였다. 인트라버벌 범주화를 중재하기 전, 16장의 그림 카드에 대한 범주항목 택트와 범주 택트 훈련을 실시하였다. 인트라버벌 훈련 적용 과정에는 택트와 시간지연(0∼5초)을 포함한 자극통제 전이절차가 이루어졌다. 인트라버벌 훈련은 각 범주에 대한 4개 항목의 이름을 나열하도록 구성하였다. 연구결과, 아동들은 각 범주의 범주항목 리스트를 성공적으로 인트라버벌하였다. 그러나 아동 B는 습득한 인트라버벌의 일반화 및 반응유지가 어려운 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 택트의 자극통제 전이절차가 인트라버벌 습득에 효과적이지만 일반화 및 반응유지를 위한 아동의 학습이력 및 방해요소 등이 고려될 필요를 시사하고 있다.
Abstract
This study examined the effect of the transfer-of-stimulus control procedure using ’tact-to-intraverbal’ in two children with communication disorders. The participants had basic mands, tacts, and listener skills in their repertoires. A multiple probe design across participants was employed to analyze the improvement of the intraverbal across the baseline, intervention, generalization, and maintenance phases. Prior to the primary intervention, the pre-training was conducted to teach tact items and to emit the appropriate category name in the 16 target picture cards. The intraverbal training procedure consisted of the transfer-of-stimulus control procedures in which tact prompts and time delay (0∼5 sec) were used. During the intraverbal training procedure, the participants were required to list the names of four items associated with each category. The results demonstrated that all the participants’ category intraverbals successfully increased. However, Participant B showed the limited improvement in generalization and maintenance phases. These findings suggest that the transfer-of-stimulus control procedure would be effective for the acquisition of intraverbal for children with communication disorders.
