고등학교 특수학급 교사의 전환교육 운영 실태와 인식 연구

Abstract

The purpose of this study was investigating the current status and teachers' perception on the high school special class transition services. The subjects were 114 high school special class teacher. The questionnaire was composed with 23 questions about the current conditions and perception of teacher on the transition services. The result of this study was as follows. First, in the current conditions of transition services of high school special class, transition services teachers was mostly special teachers, and the purpose of transition services mainly focused on adaption and inclusion of student in their community. Second, most of high school special class teachers thought that professional teachers should be in charge of transition services teachers should be abilities to make connection with the community. They also thought that the contents transition services should teach about social ability and establishmanet. Finally, high school special class teachers generally throught that training of practical skill in diverse educational contents was needed to improve transition services and cooperation with the community was the prerequisite for increasing effectiveness of transition services.
