이 연구는 유아용 적응행동검사 표준화를 목적으로 하였다. 연구 대상은 2세에서 6세유아 2,514명이었다. 국내외 적응행동검사 및 연구문헌을 바탕으로 문항을 개발하고 교사와 관련 전문가의 자문을 거쳐 개념적 기술 33문항, 사회적 기술 49문항, 실제적 기술 43문항으로 최종 문항을 구성하였다. 문항변별도와 관련한 집단간 빈도차이의 검사를 실시한 결과는 통계적으로 유의하여 집단간 차이를 잘 변별하는 것으로 나타났다. 반분신뢰도는 .836～.979 사이에 분포하였으며, 문항내적일치도는 .823～.970 사이에 분포하였다. 하위영역별로 탐색적 요인분석을 실시한 결과, 요인 수는 1개가 적합한 것으로 나타났으나, 확인적 요인분석 결과에서는 3요인모형이 더 적합한 모형으로 나타나서 심리측정학적으로 일관성 있고 타당한 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 검사활용시 유의할 사항에 대해서 논의하였다.
Abstract
The purposes of this research were to develop a adaptive behavior scale to identify overall levels of adaptive behaviors and characteristics of young children and to conduct standardization study to examine the reliability and validity of this test. The target population for the study were 2,514 children with the age distribution of 2 to 6. Through extensive literature and existing adaptive tests with feedback from teachers and experts, 3 scales were developed：(a) conceptual skills 33 items, (b) social skills 49 items, (c) practical skills 43 items. Explorations of item discrimination yielded evidence of content validity. The results of split-half reliability and internal consistency reliability demonstrates strong stability. Exploratory factor analysis of subscale variables produced one factor solution. Structural Equation Modeling was used for confirmatory factor analysis. Three factors model was more fitted than the latter. Therefore, reliability and validity of this scale are considered as satisfactory. Instructional suggestions are provided for test users.
