본 연구는 2013년도 독일연방행정법원의 업무현황 및 주요 판례를 소개하고 분석함으로 한국과 독일 행정법의 비교법적 연구에 기여하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 선정된 판례는 독일연방행정법원의 2013년도 판례로 송전설비 건설예정지에서의 분쟁이나 지구단위계획상 배려요청, 방사능폐기물 인근 주민의 원고적격문제, 스포츠도박사업의 독점운영, 소송절차의 과도한 지연에 대한 보상, 공무원 임용사유로서 신체적합성 및 약국판매가 금지되는 건강용품 등에 대한 판례가 분석되었다.
Abstract
This article is devoted to an overview of important cases of the German Federal Administrative Court (Bundesverwaltungsgericht) in 2013.
