장애유아용 감각통합장애 조기 선별척도 개발 기초연구

본 연구는 장애유아용 감각통합장애 조기 선별척도를 개발하여 감각에 어려움을 겪고 있는 장애유아에게 적절한 조기중재 프로그램을 계획하고 시행하는데 도움을 주고자 실시되었다. 이에 따라 지역과 연령을 고려한, 생활연령 4~6세 일반유아의 주양육자와 교사(N=542)를 대상으로 체크리스트 방법을 사용하여 자료를 수집하였으며, 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 본 연구를 통해 개발된 감각통합장애 조기 선별척도는 구인타당도 검증을 위해 확인적 요인분석 방법을 사용하였으며, 요인분석 결과 요인부하량이 높은 문항의 특성을 기초로 고유-전정감각, 청각-시각, 감각 민감성, 회전-전정감각, 촉각의 다섯 가지 요인이 명명되었다. 둘째, 본 연구를 통해 개발된 감각통합장애 선별척도의 내적일관성 신뢰도 계수는 전체 신뢰도 .95와 항목별 신뢰도 .79~.93의 수치를 나타냈다. 또한 재검사 신뢰도 계수는 .92였으며 공인타당도 검증을 위해 실시된 Dunn 외(1994)의 감각프로파일과의 상관계수는 .66이었다. 셋째, 이상의 과정을 거쳐 개발된 감각통합장애 선별척도는 정상(1SD미만), 위험(1SD~2SD미만), 이상(2SD 이상)의 세 단계로 분류되었으며, 총점 및 하위영역에 대한 점수범위가 정해졌다. 따라서 본 연구에서 개발된 척도는 전국을 대상으로 예비조사와 본조사의 과정을 거쳐 만들어진, 타당도와 신뢰도가 검증된 척도라 할 수 있다. 특히 주양육자와 교사가 유아에 대해 평정하게 함으로써 서로 간 간과하기 쉬운 문제들도 평정하였고, 연령에 따른 감각발달과 관련 없는 문항들로 구성함으로써 학령전기 모든 유아들에게 적용할 수 있는 척도라 여겨진다. 결론적으로 본 평정척도는 타당성이 입증된, 현장에서 유용하게 사용할 수 있는 척도라 평가할 수 있다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop scale for early screening the Sensory integration Dysfunction of infant with disability. The Process of scale development was as follows: First of all, to make items and certificate content validity for the rating scale, It was reviewed related researches and examined an intial 172 items and reviewing the items for revision and deletion through experts in this area. And then the pilot test was conducted with 239 normal infant' parents or teacher of chronological age 4-6. 60 items were selected and it was proved to reliability of Cronbach's α. Participants in this study were 542 normal infant' parents or teacher of chronological age 4-6. It was proved to be the reliability through Cronbach's α and test-retest, this is showed internal reliability. And then, for proving the validity of the scale, confirmatory factor analysis was used. Therefore 5 factors, proprioception-vestibular, Auditory-visual, sensory sensitivity, revolution-vestibular, tactile was extracted. Also the concurrent validity is proved with SP. For this study purpose, statistical method is used as follows: The reliability in general is Cronbach's α=.95, which had highly level. And also proved to be the reliability of the test-retest, which showed to have the correlation coefficient .92. The result of analyzing a rating scale instrument using the Principal Component Analysis and the Berimax Rotation Method were showed five factors. Also the relation between this rating scales and SP was related by concurrent evidence(r=.66).
