ADHD 아동의 주증상 완화와 학교생활적응을 위한 부모교육과 교사교육 프로그램의 효과 비교

초록

본 연구의 목적은 ADHD 아동의 주증상 완화와 학교생활적응을 위한 부모ㆍ교사교육 프로그램을 개발하기 위해 부모의 요구와 교사의 요구를 조사하고 그 결과에 의해 부모ㆍ교사교육 프로그램을 개발하여, 각 프로그램이 부모, 교사, 아동에게 미치는 영향을 비교하는 것이다. 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위하여 8명의 부모와 9명의 교사를 대상으로 프로그램을 실시하고, 사전-사후 검사를 하여 비모수 검증으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 부모교육 실험집단의 ADHD 지식 척도의 총점과 치료에 대한 점수와 양육효능감 척도의 훈육능력을 제외한 모든 하위척도의 점수가 유의미하게 증가하였다. 교사교육 실험집단의 ADHD 지식 척도의 총점과 모든 하위척도 점수와 교사효능감 척도의 총점과 모든 하위척도 점수의 변화가 유의미하게 상승하였다. 부모교육 실험집단의 아동과 교사교육 실험집단의 아동에 대한 ADHD 평가에서 두 집단 모두 유의한 변화가 있었다. 아동의 학교생활적응의 경우 교사교육 실험집단의 아동은 유의한 차이가 있었고, 특히 학습태도의 변화가 발견되었다. 본 연구를 통하여 부모교육ㆍ교사교육 프로그램이 부모와 교사의 ADHD 지식함양과 효능감 증진에 효과가 있음과, 아동의 ADHD와 관련된 행동에 있어서는 부모와 교사의 영향력 모두 중요하나, 아동의 학교생활적응 특히 학습태도와 관련된 행동에 있어서는 교사의 영향이 더 큼을 알 수 있었다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to compare with effectiveness of Parents education program and Teachers education program for children with ADHD. Objects are 8 parents and 9 teachers in the Daegu and Gumi elementary school. Parents education program was consisted of the 4 sessions, and Teachers education program was consisted of 5 session, based on precede study and questionare to this study. The instruments used in the study were knowledge of attention deficit disorder scale, parent efficacy scale, teacher efficacy scale, Korean-ADHD Rating scale, ADHD school life adaption scale. The date were analyzed using Wilcoxon signed- rand test of nonparametric statistics. The results were as follows:Parents education program have significant consequences in improving parent’s ADHD knowledge and parent efficacy. Teachers education program have significant consequences in improving teacher’s ADHD knowledge and teacher efficacy. And both program have significant consequences in improving children with ADHD’s ADHD symptoms. Teachers education program have significant consequences in improving children with ADHD’s school life adaption.
