본 연구는 도벽문제가 있는 여중생의 가족치료사례연구이다. 15회기의 상담과 1회의 추적상담을 통해 여중생의 도벽문제에 영향을 미친 가족체계 특성을 파악하고 상담과정을 통해 변화된 가족체계 특성과 변화지속여부를 확인하고자 하였다. 질적 사례연구방법을 통하여 상담참여자의 진술을 파악하고 의미단위를 구분하여 여중생의 도벽행동에 영향을 미친 가족체계 특성과 개입 후 효과로 분류하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 여중생의 도벽 행동에 영향을 미친 가족체계 특성은 가족의 역기능적 의사소통과 부정적 양육방식이었으며 개입 후 가족은 역기능적 의사소통방식이 개선되었고 양육태도 역시 변화하였다. 더불어 여중생의 도벽행동이 중단되었다. 추적상담 결과 가족의 긍정적인 의사소통방식과 양육태도로의 변화는 지속됨을 확인할 수 있었고 여중생의 도벽행동 역시 재발되지 않음을 살펴볼 수 있었다. 이에 청소년 도벽문제에서 가족치료의 효과와 가족항상성으로 인한 효과지속 가능성을 살펴볼 수 있었다.
Abstract
This study investigated family characteristic which influenced middle-school girl kleptomania and inquired effect of family therapy on family change and continuity. The family -father, mother, and two children- participated in 15 therapy sessions and 1 follow-up session. According to method by case study research, the family statement is analyzed into family characteristic which influenced middle-school girl kleptomania and effect of family therapy. As a result, Family characteristics which influenced middle-school girl kleptomania are negative way of communication and bringing up children. After therapy sessions, The way to raise children and communication changed from negative to positive. With that, The change is continued and middle-school girl kleptomania did not recur. This result has been proved that family therapy are stealing habits are effective in treating teens and persistence effect due to Family homeostasis.
