대학생의 성인애착이 자아탄력성에 미치는 영향: 초기부적응도식의 매개효과를 중심으로

초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 성인애착과 초기부적응도식이 자아탄력성에 미치는 상대적 영향력을 살펴보고, 성인애착과 자아탄력성 간의 관계에 대한 초기부적응도식의 매개효과를 확인하기 위한 것이다. 연구대상은 서울, 경기 및 강원 지역에 소재한 4개 대학교에 재학 중인 남녀 대학생 총 304명으로 이들을 대상으로 질문지 조사를 실시하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS Statistics 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 평균, 표준편차, Pearson의 상관관계분석, 단계적 중다회귀분석, 단순회귀분석 및 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자아탄력성의 하위 요인 중 자신감을 가장 잘 설명하는 변인은 초기부적응도식의 하위 요인인 손상된 자율성 및 수행성, 대인관계효능감을 가장 잘 설명하는 변인은 성인애착의 하위 요인인 회피차원, 낙관적 태도를 가장 잘 설명하는 변인은 초기부적응도식의 하위 요인인 단절 및 거절, 분노조절을 가장 잘 설명하는 변인은 초기부적응도식의 하위 요인인 손상된 자율성 및 수행성으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생의 초기부적응도식은 성인애착이 자아탄력성의 하위 요인들에 미치는 영향에 대해 부분 또는 완전 매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다.

Abstract

The aims of this study were to examine the relative influences adult attachment and early maladaptive schema on ego-resilience, and to identify the mediating effect of early maladaptive schema in the relation between adult attachment and ego-resilience. The subjects were 304 undergraduates in Seoul metropolitan area and Gyeonggi and Kangwon Province, and they completed a series of questionnaires. The data were analysed through frequency analysis, average, standard deviation, Pearson correlation analysis, stepwise multiple regression analysis, simple regression analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 21.0. The major results of this study were as follows. First, confidence of ego-resilience was mostly accounted for by damaged autonomy and performance of early maladaptive schema, and interpersonal efficacy was mostly accounted for by avoidance dimension of adult attachment. Also, optimistic attitude was mostly accounted for by disconnection and rejection of early maladaptive schema, and anger regulation was mostly accounted for by damaged autonomy and performance of early maladaptive schema. Second, early maladaptive schema had partial or complete mediating effects in influences of adult attachment on subfactors of ego-resilience in undergraduates.
