부부관계치료를 병행한 가족미술치료가 불안정애착아동의 애착안정성에 미치는 효과

초록

본 연구는 부부관계치료를 병행한 가족미술치료가 불안정애착아동의 애착안정성에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 Randolph 애착척도에 의해 불안정애착아동으로 분류된 아동의 가족으로 부모․자녀와 부부관계에서 문제를 보이는 실험집단 5가족 15명과 통제집단 5가족 15명, 총 30명이다. 실험집단 5가족에게는 총 12회기의 가족미술치료를 주1회 80분씩 실시하였고, 총 6회기의 부부관계치료를 격주로 1회 120분씩 병행하여 실시하였다. 본 연구의 측정도구는 Randolph 애착척도와 아동이 지각하는 부모애착 척도(IPPA-R), 아동의 내적표상을 나타내는 새둥지화 투사검사(BND)를 이용하였다. 자료분석은 비모수 검정인 Wilcoxon signed rank 검정을 실시하였고, 새둥지화(BND)의 내용을 분석하여 변화를 살펴보았다. 연구결과는 첫째, 부부관계치료를 병행한 가족미술치료는 불안정애착아동의 애착안정성에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부부관계치료를 병행한 가족미술치료는 불안정애착아동이 지각하는 부모애착에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 부부관계치료를 병행한 가족미술치료 실시 후 불안정애착아동의 내적표상의 변화를 살펴보기 위하여 실시한 새둥지화(BND)에서 긍정적인 변화를 확인하였다. 본 연구결과, 가족미술치료와 부부관계치료를 병행하는 치료구조는 불안정애착아동의 애착안정성에 대한 치료중재 영역을 확대시키고, 근본적인 치유 방향성을 제시한 자료로서 의미를 가진다.

Abstract

This study intended to conduct the Family Art Therapy combined with the Couple’s Relationship Therapy to improve the attachment security of a child with an insecure attachment, and thus verify the impact of the therapies. The subjects for the study consist of families that are struggling with parents-children relationships, out of the children classified as those with insecure attachment through the Randolph Attachment Disorder Questionnaire. A total of the subjects to be questioned, were 30 individuals, 15 from 5 families for the experimental group, and 15 people from 5 families for the control group. For the experimental group, a total of 12 sessions of family art therapy were carried out for 80 minutes once a week in parallel with 6 sessions of Couples Relationship Therapy for 120 minutes once every two weeks. The measurement tools used in this study were the Randolph attachment scale, the Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment (IPPA-R) perceived by the child, and the Bird's Nest Drawing (BND), which indicates the internal representation of the child. Data analysis was performed using nonparametric The Wilcoxon signed rank test and the changes in Bird's Nest Drawing (BND) were analyzed. The results of the study are as follows: First, the family art therapy that runs parallel with Coules Relationship Therapy has a positive impact on improving attachment security of a child with an insecure attachment. Second, the therapy showed a positive change in the parent attachment that the child with insecure attachment had. Third, the family art therapy combined with Couples Relationship Therapy gave positive changes in Bird's Nest Drawing (BND) performed to see the change of the internal representation of a family with a child with insecure attachment. The results of this study suggest that the family art therapy combined with Couples Relationship Therapy extends therapeutic intervention area of therapy for attachment security of a child with an insecure attachment. It also has a meaning as a material that presents the direction of fundamental therapy.
