청소년 자녀가 지각한 부부갈등, 부모-자녀갈등이 청소년의 외현화 및 내재화 문제행동에 미치는 영향-자기조절능력의 매개효과-

초록

본 연구에서는 청소년 자녀가 지각한 부부갈등, 부모-자녀간의 갈등과 청소년의 문제행동간의 관계에서 자기조절능력이 매개효과가 있는지 살펴보았다. 본 연구는 268명으로부터 자료를 수집하였으며, 자료 수집을 위해 청소년 자녀를 대상으로 한 부부갈등척도와 부모-자녀갈등척도를 사용하였고, 외현화 및 내재화 문제행동을 측정하기 위해 청소년용 자기행동 평가척도(K-YSR)를 사용하였다. 자기조절능력을 측정하기 위해 의지구성목록(VCI)척도를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료의 분석을 위해 상관분석과 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년 자녀가 지각한 부부갈등과 외현화 및 내재화 문제행동 간의 관계에서 자기조절능력은 완전매개 효과가 있는것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부모-자녀갈등과 외현화 문제행동 간의 관계에서 자기조절능력은 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 청소년 자녀가 지각한 부모-자녀갈등과 내재화 문제행동 간의 관계에서 자기조절능력은 완전매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 자기조절능력은 가정 내의 부정적 정서나 갈등으로 인해 유발되는 청소년 자녀의 문제행동을 완화하는 매개 요인으로 작용한다는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 마지막으로, 상담 및 추후 연구에서의 시사점을 제시 하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was, the study figured out the mediating effect of self-regulatory ability. Through the analysis of mediating effect, the study examined whether problem behaviors, and marital conflict and parents-adolescent conflict perceived by their self-regulatory ability. For this study, 268 questionnaires were analyzed. The marital conflict scale perceived by the children’s Perception Interparental Conflict Scale (CPIC) was used. The parents-adolescent conflict scale perceived by the issue checklist was used. In order to measure externalizing, internalizing problem by the K-Youth Self Report(K-YSR) was used. In order to measure the self-regulatory ability of adolescents, the scale of VCI was used. For the analysis of collected data, correlation analysis and regression analysis were performed. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the complete mediating effect of self-regulatory ability was significant between adolescents' perceived marital conflict and externalizing, and internalizing problem behaviors. Second, the partial mediating effect of self-regulatory ability was found to be significant between parents-adolescent conflict and externalizing problem behaviors. Third, the complete mediating effect of self-regulating ability is significant in between parents-adolescent conflict and internalizing problem behaviors. The result of this study proved that the self-regulatory ability of adolescents serves as a mediating factor to alleviate problem behaviors from adolescent's negative emotions and conflict in home environment, suggesting implications for counseling and future research.
