초록

본 연구의 목적은 중학생의 미시체계 변인(부모의 양육태도, 교사관계, 친구관계)이 학업성취도에 미치는 영향에서 그릿 및 학업열의의 이중매개효과를 검증하고자 한다. 연구대상은 한국 아동·청소년 패널데이터(2019) 자료수집에 참여한 중학교 2학년 학생 2,402명이며, SPSS 27.0과 Hayes(2013)의 Macro Process(model 6)을 활용하여 관련변인들간의 상관분석 및 이중매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모양육태도가 학업성취도에 미치는 영향에서 학업열의가 부문매개하였으며, 그릿, 학업열의 순으로 이중매개 하였다. 둘째, 교사관계가 학업성취도에 미치는 영향에서 그릿과 학업열의가 완전매개하였으며, 그릿, 학업열의 순으로 이중매개 하였다. 셋째, 친구관계가 학업성취도에 미치는 영향에서 학업열의가 부문매개하였으며, 그릿, 학업열의 순으로 이중매개 하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the dual mediating effects of grit and academic engagement on the relationship between middle school students' microsystem variables (parenting attitudes, teacher relationship, friend relationship) and academic achievement. The subjects of this study were 2,402 second-year middle school students from the data for the second year of the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey 2019. Data processing was performed using the SPSS 27.0 program and Hayes (2013) Macro Process (Model 6) for the correlation and dual mediating effect among relevant variables. The results of study are as follows. First, grit and academic engagement partially mediated and dually mediated the influence of parenting attitudes perceived by middle school students on academic engagement. Second, grit and academic engagement mediated and dually mediated the influence of teacher relationship perceived by middle school students on academic engagement. Third, grit and academic engagement partially mediated and dually mediated the influence of friend relationship perceived by middle school students on academic engagement.
