가족구조 변화에 따른 한국교회 목회상담의 방향: 한부모가족에 대한 목회적 돌봄과 상담의 방향을 중심으로

초록

우리나라는 과거와 다르게 이른바 한부모가족이 증가하고 있다. 한부모가족 의 증가 원인은 40∼50대 사망률 증가, 이혼율 증가에 기인한다. 이 연구에 서 다룬 것은 다음과 같다. 가족치료에 대한 관심 증가, 한부모가족에 대한 일반적 이해, 한부모가족의 심리사회적 및 가족치료적 문제(신흥 빈곤층 형 성, 심리사회적 문제, 자녀문제와 상호작용, 자녀교육의 불균형 및 성 정체성 혼란)를 다루었다. 그리고 한부모가족에 대한 목회적 돌봄과 상담의 방향을 다루었는데 여기서는 재구성 상담, 보상가설에서 본 애착대상으로서 하나님 이미지 형성, 가정예배를 통한 가족응집력 향상 및 신앙정체성 함양, 목회적 돌봄으로서 또래 동질집단 형성 및 멘토링 형성, 재혼 지원과 혼합가족에 대 한 수용성 교육을 다루었다. 한부모가족에 대해서는 교회가 해결해야 할 시 대적인 요청을 받고 있다. 한부모가족은 자녀양육, 경제적, 정서적, 심리적, 신앙적으로 부모가족보다는 불리한 점이 많지만 신앙으로 잘 극복할 수 있으 며 안정된 가족구조가 될 수 있다. 이에 교회는 한부모가족에 대한 신앙적⋅ 경제적 지원을 아끼지 말고 다양한 프로그램을 제공해야 한다.

Abstract

This paper is to give new directions to Korean pastoral counseling due to changes in family structure focus on the pastoral care and counseling for single parent families. The situation of Korean families is not the same as it was in the past. It became unavoidable to face the upsurges of single parent families due to the increase of middle age death and the divorce rate in this modern society of Korea. This research introduced not only new trends of family therapy but also general therapeutic understanding on single parent families as they have to deal with many problems such as economic problems, psycho-social problems, communication problems with their children, and unbalance of bringing up children in terms of their sexual identification. This research also focused on giving directions to pastoral care and counseling for them. Pastoral care and counseling ought to support single parent families by cognitive reframing, encouraging family worship service, helping their children to grow in the image of God, forming and mentoring homogeneous peer group, and preparing their remarriages and blended family. Economic, emotional, psychological, and spiritual aspects are the areas that single parent families must overcome by faith. Therefore, Korean churches should support single parent families spiritually as well as economically through variety of programs accordingly.
