Abstract

This dissertation is based on the idea that the spirit of Milal based on John 12:24 is to be established, and that the biblical scholars of the Kang Tae Kook (1904-1998) from a pnuematological point of view. For him who preaches the gospel of salvation, salvation is the deliverance of the fallen mankind from sin, which is an event already settled before the Fall on the basis of God’s love, in the absolute sovereign providence of God. When the belief in Jesus Christ is given by grace to the convicting ministry of the Holy Spirit that makes the sinful human being aware of the need for salvation, he is born again as the child of God (regeneration, justification). The Christian emphasizes that Christians have the responsibility to unite with Christ, to lead to the Holy Spirit, and to grow into obedience(sanctification). And the result of the growth is to live an altruistic life and to emphasize the need to look at the completion of salvation in hope as a sure future event. In order to understand salvation, Kang Tae-kook maintains a biblical, orthodox conservative theology line. He presupposes the total depravity of humanity in salvation, and in the absolute sovereignty of God, he supports grace in the work of the Holy Spirit and has a greater interest in the regeneration as a child of God than the justification of God, the proclamation of God. Therefore, the characteristic of his salvation is the responsibility of the Christian, and it is an emphasis on the altruistic life dedicated to conveying the gospel of salvation. This understanding of his salvation has made it a lifelong task to educate evangelists as witnesses of God who preach the gospel of salvation. In order to realize this specifically, we have established our university and denominations and denominations for conveying the gospel were not important to him.
