본 연구에서는 Supply Chain에 있어서 수요와 수율의 불확실성을 고려하여 공장의 생산량을 결정하는 방법을 제시하고 있다. Supply Chain에 있어서 소매상의 수요가 불확실하고 동시에 도매상에서 전해져 온 물량에 불량이 있는 경우 소매상은 이를 염두에 두고 도매상에 주문을 하게 된다. 도매상 또한 소매상과 비슷한 입장을 겪게 된다. 이러한 상황에서 소매상과 도매상의 입장을 고려하여 공장이 얼마만큼의 생산을 해야 하는지를 보여주고 있다.특히 본 연구에서는 수요는 물론이고 수율의 분포에도 영향을 받지 않고 단계별 투입량(주문량 또는 생산량)을 결정하는 방법을 제시하고 있다. 동시에 이 비용식을 주문비용 및 생산비용, 재고유지비용, 재고고갈비용, 수율과 수요의 변동성에 대해 민감도 분석을 해 봄으로써 각각의 변수에 대한 비용식의 형태를 사전에 인지할 수 있도록 해준다.
Abstract
We propose a model to determine production quantity of supply chain considering demand and yield uncertainty. The proposed model is especially useful for determining production quantity under general distributions of demand and yield.The basic properties of production quantity are derived from uniform distribution and simulation is used for assuring that these properties are also applied to general distributions of demand and yield.The extensive simulation results are given for the effects of production cost, inventory holding cost and inventory shortage cost on the total cost function of supply chain.
