본 논문은 생산조달기간중의 수요가 정규분포를 따르는 상황에서 선형 부재고비율함수를 갖는 확률적생산재고모형을 다루고 있다. 이 모형에서는 품절이 발생할 때의 부재고비율이 부재고기간의 길이에 비례하여 감소한다는 가정하에, 생산준비비용, 재고유지비용, 부재고비용 및 유실판매비용으로 구성된 연간 기대재고관련비용을 정식화하고 있다. 그리고 고객의 구매행태를 반영하는 부재고비율함수의 기울기가 주어졌다는 전제하에서 연간 기대재고관련비용을 최소로 하는 생산발주점과 주기당 생산량을 구하기 위한 반복적인 해법을 제안하고, 제안된 해법을 이용하여 선형 부재고비율함수의 기울기의 변화에 따른 해에 대한 감도분석을 수행하였다.
Abstract
This paper deals with a stochastic (Q, r) production and inventory model with a linear backorder ratio function for the situation in which production lead time and demand during lead time follow a continuous probability distribution. In the model, an objective function is formulated to minimize an average annual inventory relevant cost such as production setup cost, inventory holding cost, backorder cost and lost sales cost. And then a procedure of iterative solution method for the model is developed to find both production reorder point and production quantity. Finally, sensitivity analyses for various slopes of a linear backorder ratio function are presented.
