이연구의 목적은 스포츠계에서 빈번하게 발생되어지는 폭력사태에 대해 스포츠윤리적 관점에서 배려교육으로 문제해결의 실마리를 풀고자 한다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 먼저 배려에 대한 이해로 개념을 명확히 할필요가 있다고 여겨지며, 이를 토대로 관계와 관계로 이어질 수밖에 없는 스포츠계의 문제를 배려적 측면에서 고찰하였으며, 이러한 관계에서 배려는 과연 자기희생을 하여야 하는가에 집중하여 토의를 전개하고자 한다. 마지막으로 이러한 배려교육은 지속적이고 체계적으로 이루어져야 하며, 이를 위하여 직접스포츠현장에서 배려자로써의 지도자의 역할과 동년배간에 대한 배려이해로 스포츠현장에서의 폭력과 추행 같은 일이 예방되어지고 해결하는데 중요한 단초가 되는데 기여되기를 희망한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to solve the problem of violent events that occur frequently at sport sites though Care Education in sport ethics point of view. It is crucial to understand the concept of ‘caring’ by clarifying it in order to achieve the purpose of the paper, and based on this, sport problems that inevitably leads to relationship matters have been studied in caring aspect. The core question is whether one needs to self-sacrifice among these relationships. Lastly, Caring Education should be conducted consistently and systemically. It is hoped that this study contributes to preventing and solving violence and molestation at sport sites through understanding of care as leaders and players.
